The Mall of America is the largest shopping mall in the United States and one of the largest in the world with more than 4.2 million square feet and over 500 stores under one roof with plans to eventually have as many as 900 stores in the center.

The site of the former Minnesota Vikings stadium in Bloomington, the mall is known as much for its entertainment options as its stores. A theme park called The Park at MOA is in the center of the mall and features two roller coasters and dozens of rides and is the largest indoor theme park in the U.S. The Park at MOA is being rebranded into a Nickelodeon-owned and managed property and is scheduled to convert to this brand in 2008. Other attractions in the venue include a Lego Imagination Center, flight simulators, a NASCAR speedway ride, an Aquarium, a wedding chapel and miniature golf course.
